Hydrogen bonding in infinite hydrogen fluoride and hydrogen chloride chains [PDF]
Hydrogen bonding in infinite HF and HCl bent (zigzag) chains is studied using the ab initio coupled-cluster singles and doubles (CCSD) correlation method. The correlation contribution to the binding energy is decomposed in terms of nonadditive many-body interactions between the monomers in the chains, the so-called energy increments.

Hydrogen production from water electrolysis: role of catalysts
As a promising substitute for fossil fuels, hydrogen has emerged as a clean and renewable energy. A key challenge is the efficient production of hydrogen to meet the commercial-scale demand of hydrogen. Water splitting electrolysis is a promising pathway

Hydrogen at the rooftop: Compact CPV-hydrogen system to convert sunlight to hydrogen [PDF]
Despite being highest potential energy source, solar intermittency and low power density make it difficult for solar energy to compete with the conventional power plants. Highly efficient concentrated photovoltaic (CPV) system provides best technology to

Performance of Hydrogen Storage Tanks of Type IV in a Fire: Effect of the State of Charge
The use of hydrogen storage tanks at 100% of nominal working pressure (NWP) is expected only after refuelling. Driving between refuellings is characterised by the state of charge SoC

eHydrogenation: Hydrogen‐free Electrochemical Hydrogenation
AbstractHydrogenation reactions are staple transformations commonly used across scientific fields to synthesise pharmaceuticals, natural products, and various functional materials. However, the vast majority of these reactions require the use of a toxic and costly catalyst leading to unpractical, hazardous and often functionally limited conditions ...
