4-Chloro-N-(pyrimidin-2-yl)aniline
The two aromatic rings in the title compound, C10H8ClN3, open the angle at the planar N atom to 128.00 (12)°. The amino N atom of one molecule forms a hydrogen bond to the 1-N atom of an adjacent pyrimidyl ring, generating a hydrogen-bonded ...

Perturbation hydrogen-atom spectrum in deformed space with minimal length
We study energy spectrum for hydrogen atom with deformed Heisenberg algebra leading to minimal length. We develop correct perturbation theory free of divergences.

Optical deceleration of atomic hydrogen
Abstract We demonstrate control over the motional degrees of freedom of a cryogenic hydrogen atomic beam using an accelerating optical lattice. For our method, we load metastable atoms from a cryogenic beam into a moving optical lattice, decelerate the lattice, and observe a commensurate deceleration of the atoms. For this demonstration,

The anabolic steroid stanozolol is a potent inhibitor of human MutT homolog 1
MutT homolog 1 (MTH1) is a member of the NUDIX superfamily of enzymes and is an anticancer drug target. We show that stanozolol (Stz), an anabolic steroid, is an unexpected nanomolar inhibitor of MTH1. The X‐ray crystal structure of the human MTH1–Stz complex reveals a unique binding scaffold that could be utilized for future inhibitor development ...

Phytohormone brassinosteroid‐induced gene regulation by the transcription factor BIL1/BZR1 involves redox‐dependent DNA‐binding alternation and interaction with the transcription factor PIF4. The reduced BIL1/BZR1 dimer binds preferred cis‐elements, while oxidation alters its oligomerization state and disrupts DNA‐binding ability.

8-[(1E)-1-(2-Aminophenyliminio)ethyl]-2-oxo-2H-chromen-7-olate
The title Schiff base, C17H14N2O3, exists as an NH tautomer with the H atom of the phenol group transferred to the imine N atom. The iminium H atom is involved in a strong intramolecular N+—H...O− hydrogen bond to the phenolate O atom,

Semi-classical analysis of real atomic spectra beyond Gutzwiller's approximation
Real atomic systems, like the hydrogen atom in a magnetic field or the helium atom, whose classical dynamics are chaotic, generally present both discrete and continuous symmetries.

Comprehensive analysis of genomic mutations, gene expression, DNA methylation, and pathway analysis of TCGA data was carried out to define cancer types in which proteasome subunits expression is associated with worse survival. Albeit the effect of specific proteasome subunits on cellular function, the main role of the proteasome is better evaluated ...

(Z)-2-(2-Isopropyl-5-methylphenoxy)-N′-(2-oxoindolin-3-ylidene)acetohydrazide
In the title Mannich base, C20H21N3O3, an isatin derivative of thymol, the O—CH2—C(=O)–N(H)—N fragment connecting the aromatic and fused-ring systems is approximately planar, with the N—N single bond in a

Coherent states for the hydrogen atom: discrete and continuous spectra [PDF]
We construct the systems of generalised coherent states for the discrete and continuous spectra of the hydrogen atom. These systems are expressed in elementary functions and are invariant under the $SO(3, 2)$ (discrete spectrum) and $SO(4, 1 ...
