Hydrolytic (in)stability of phosphate isosteres
European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, 2022For decades enzymatic hydrolysis of nucleotides, a cornerstone of life, was studied extensively along with the chemical hydrolytic reaction. The metabolic instability of nucleotides, in contrast with their enormous chemical stability, triggered development of metabolically stable phosphate isosteres.

Hydrolytic Stability of Saccharin
Journal of the American Pharmaceutical Association (Scientific ed.), 1952The influence of pH and temperature on the hydrolysis of saccharin was studied. An ultraviolet absorption method was used to determine the amount of saccharin decomposed. The limit of accuracy of the determination represents 1 per cent decomposition.

Hydrolytic Stability of Albicar
Pharmaceutical Chemistry Journal, 2015Albicar underwent noticeable hydrolytic cleavage only under forcing conditions (high temperature, strong acid). Albicar in solutions for injection was shown to be highly stable under sterilizing conditions.

Hydrolytic stability of composite repair bond
European Journal of Oral Sciences, 2007The hydrolytic stability of composite repairs is a desirable property. In the present study, the composite repair microtensile bond strength, failure mode distribution, and nanoleakage occurrence before and after thermocycling were evaluated. Standardized, 1‐month‐old composite substrates were roughened, cleaned, and randomly assigned to seven groups ...

Hydrolytic stability of polyboroorganosiloxanes
Bulletin of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR Division of Chemical Science, 19681. The hydrolytic stability of polyboroorganosiloxanes of various chemical compositions and structures was studied, and it was shown that it depends upon the distribution of boron in the chain and the organic surroundings of the silicon atom. 2.
