Marfan's Syndrome Complicated by Huge Hydropericardium
An autopsied case of the Marfan's syndrome was reported with the huge hydropericardium, dissecting aneurysm and atrophy of the endocrine organs. Histologically, the aneurysmal wall showed cystic medial necrosis and the cusps showed myxomatous degeneration as in previous reports and in the pericardial sac, no inflammatory lesions were observed.
