Range of support pressures for slurry shield and analysis of its influence factors
The earth pressure balanced shield supplies a passive support for the tunnel face. However, the slurry shield offers an active support for the tunnel face with slurry (liquid medium).

Hydrostatic pressure effects on the static magnetism in Eu(Fe$_{0.925}$Co$_{0.075}$)$_{2}$As$_{2}$
The effects of hydrostatic pressure on the static magnetism in Eu(Fe$_{0.925}$Co$_{0.075}$)$_{2}$As$_{2}$ are investigated by complementary electrical resistivity, ac magnetic susceptibility and single-crystal neutron diffraction measurements. A specific

Phase‐field simulations coupled with dislocation‐density‐based crystal plasticity modeling reproduce γ′ rafting behavior in single‐crystal Ni‐based superalloys under varied loading conditions. The model captures both macroscopic creep and microscopic morphology evolution, with results matching high‐temperature creep experiments.

Acute effects of postural changes and lower body positive and negative pressure on the eye
Introduction: Entry into weightlessness results in a fluid shift and a loss of hydrostatic gradients. These factors are believed to affect the eye and contribute to the ocular changes that occur in space.

Muon-spin rotation and magnetization studies of chemical and hydrostatic pressure effects in EuFe_{2}(As_{1-x}P_{x})_{2} [PDF]
The magnetic phase diagram of EuFe$_{2}$(As$_{1-x}$P$_{x}$)$_{2}$ was investigated by means of magnetization and muon-spin rotation studies as a function of chemical (isovalent substitution of As by P) and hydrostatic pressure.

Interstitial Hydrostatic Pressure: a Manual for Students
During the learning of capillary fluid traffic, students are often puzzled about the negative values found in their textbooks for interstitial pressures in subcutaneous tissue and lungs. Positive pressures are reported for the brain, kidneys, and liver and particularly in various tumors.

Phase Field Failure Modeling: Brittle‐Ductile Dual‐Phase Microstructures under Compressive Loading
The approach by Amor and the approach by Miehe and Zhang for asymmetric damage behavior in the phase field method for fracture are compared regarding their fitness for microcrack‐based failure modeling. The comparison is performed for the case of a dual‐phase microstructure with a brittle and a ductile constituent.

Effect of Hydrostatic Pressure on the Pitting Corrosion Behavior of 316L Stainless Steel
The pitting corrosion behavior of 316L stainless steel (316L SS) was investigated by electrochemical measurements, nanoindentation and microscopy observation. The experiment results have been analyzed based upon the stochastic theory.
