Thoracic Cancer, Volume 17, Issue 13, July 2026.A low pre‐treatment NLR predicts better pathological response, higher surgical resection rate, and superior survival outcomes in patients with stage IIA–IIIB NSCLC receiving neoadjuvant immunochemotherapy, without compromising safety.
