Measuring intracellular concentration of hydrogen peroxide with the use of genetically encoded H2O2 biosensor HyPer

open access: yesRedox Biology, 2019
In this study, we propose a method for quantification of average hydrogen peroxide concentration within a living cell that is based on the use of genetically encoded H2O2 biosensor HyPer.

On the Hyper-Reduction of variational inequalities. Application to contact mechanics problems.

open access: yes, 2023
This work deals with efficient reduced order modeling for variational inequalities treated by a mixedformulation. The problem arising for the High Fidelity (HF) formulation is then a saddle-point problemimplying positive Lagrange multipliers. To overcome the issue of finding an accurate positive reducedbasis for the Lagrange multipliers, the Hybrid ...

Selective Modulation of OTUB1 Noncanonical Function via a bioPhosTAC Strategy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work positions the versatile performance of the peptide‐based bioPhosTAC platform for dissecting phosphorylation‐dependent biology and expanding the scope of induced‐proximity technologies. We demonstrated that selective manipulation of a tyrosine phosphorylation site is sufficient to propagate coordinated cellular consequences.

Gut Microbiota‐Isoallolithocholic Acid Crosstalk Promotes Calcium Oxalate Kidney Stone Formation via PARP1‐Mediated Parthanatos

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Bile acids have been implicated in calcium oxalate (CaOx) nephrolithiasis. Here, we employ multi‐omics approaches to identify isoallolithocholic acid (isoalloLCA) as the key bile acid elevated in the feces, serum, kidney, and urine of CaOx rats, confirmed by spatial metabolomics.

Loss of CYLD on Chromosome 16q Impairs Homologous Recombination and Genomic Stability Through TIRR Degradation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Chromosome 16q loss drives genomic instability through disruption of the CYLD–TIRR–53BP1 axis. CYLD preserves homologous recombination by stabilizing TIRR and limiting 53BP1 accumulation at DNA double‐strand breaks. CYLD deficiency redirects repair toward error‐prone non‐homologous end joining, promotes mutational burden and homologous recombination ...
