Background There is insufficient evidence to determine whether the risk factors and pregnancy outcomes associated with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) in twin pregnancies vary by chorionicity. Materials A retrospective cohort study was conducted among twin pregnancies. GDM was diagnosed using the IADPSG diagnostic criteria.
