Passive control and synchronization of hyperchaotic Chen system

Chinese Physics B, 2008
This paper investigates the control and synchronization of hyperchaotic Chen system based on the passive theory. By using two outputs, novel passive controllers are respectively designed to realize the globally asymptotical stability of the hyperchaotic Chen system and the error dynamical system, which avoids mistakes in Ref.[11], where function W(z ...

Generalized asymptotic synchronization between Chen hyperchaotic system and Liu hyperchaotic system: A fuzzy modeling method

2009 Chinese Control and Decision Conference, 2009
In this paper, the generalized asymptotic synchronization between Chen hyperchaotic system and Liu hyperchaotic system is investigated. The two hyperchaotic systems to be synchronized are represented by the T-S fuzzy models with a small number of fuzzy IF-THEN rules exactly.

Image Encryption Based on Fractional-order Chen Hyperchaotic System

2020 15th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA), 2020
This paper proposes a novel image encryption algorithm with the encrypted sequence encoded based on a fractional-order hyperchaotic Chen system. Specifically, a set of system parameters is firstly generated using an 8-byte secret key. Then we create the encrypted sequence by mixing the system parameters with the hyperchaos sequence generated by the ...

BRIDGE BETWEEN THE HYPERCHAOTIC LORENZ SYSTEM AND THE HYPERCHAOTIC CHEN SYSTEM

International Journal of Modern Physics B, 2011
This paper presents a novel unified hyperchaotic system that contains the hyperchaotic Lorenz system and the hyperchaotic Chen system as two dual systems at the two extremes of its parameter spectrum. The new system is hyperchaotic over almost the whole range of the system parameter and continuously transfers from the hyperchaotic Lorenz system to the ...

Adaptive synchronization of hyperchaotic Chen systems

2009 IEEE International Conference on Computational Intelligence for Measurement Systems and Applications, 2009
This study addresses the synchronization of hyperchaotic Chen system. By using only one output, a novel controller with a high gain observer is designed to realize the globally asymptotical stability of the error dynamical system. According to the Lyapunov stability theorem, the asymptotic stability of the close loop system is studied.

Homotopy approach for the hyperchaotic Chen system

Physica Scripta, 2010
In this paper, the numerical–analytical solution for the hyperchaotic Chen system is obtained via the multistage homotopy analysis method (MSHAM). An analytical form of the solution within each time interval is given, which is not possible using standard numerical methods. The numerical results obtained by the MSHAM and the classical fourth-order Runge–

Robust adaptive fuzzy control for hyperchaotic Chen systems

Proceedings of 2013 IEEE International Conference on Vehicular Electronics and Safety, 2013
This paper considers the problem of robust adaptive fuzzy control for hyperchaotic Chen systems. During the controller design, fuzzy logic systems are used to model uncertain nonlinear function, then an adaptive fuzzy control scheme is designed. It is proven that the developed controller can suppress the chaotic behavior of the original system and ...
