NUMERICAL EXPERIMENTS ON THE HYPERCHAOTIC CHEN SYSTEM BY THE ADOMIAN DECOMPOSITION METHOD
International Journal of Computational Methods, 2008The aim of this paper is to investigate the accuracy of the Adomian decomposition method (ADM) for solving the hyperchaotic Chen system, which is a four-dimensional system of ODEs with quadratic nonlinearities. Comparisons between the decomposition solutions and the fourth order Runge–Kutta (RK4) solutions are made.

PARAMETER IDENTIFICATION AND ADAPTIVE SYNCHRONIZATION OF UNCERTAIN HYPERCHAOTIC CHEN SYSTEM
International Journal of Modern Physics B, 2008This paper studies the adaptive synchronization and parameter identification of an uncertain hyperchaotic Chen system. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, an adaptive control law is derived to make the states of two identical hyperchaotic Chen systems asymptotically synchronized. With this approach, the synchronization and parameter identification

Cascades-based synchronization of hyperchaotic systems: Application to Chen systems
Chaos, Solitons & Fractals, 2011We discuss the cascaded-based controlled synchronization method for hyperchaotic systems. The control approach is based on analysis tools for cascaded time-varying systems. That is, the closed-loop system takes the form of two subsystems which are interconnected in a manner that the state of one system enters into another but without feedback loop. The

Generalized projected synchronization of Wang and Chen hyperchaotic systems
2008 7th World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation, 2008Wang and Chen hyperchaotic systems are newly proposed continuous four-dimensional chaotic systems. According to these hyperchaotic systems, an improved generalized projected synchronization method is proposed in this paper. The stability conditions for error systems are analyzed by using stability theory of linear systems.

DELAYED FUZZY CONTROLLER DESIGN FOR HYPERCHAOS WITH APPLICATION TO HYPERCHAOTIC CHEN'S SYSTEM
International Journal of Modern Physics C, 2007Studied in this paper is the control problem of hyperchaotic systems. By combining Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy model with parallel distributed compensation design technique, we propose a delay-dependent control criterion via pure delayed state feedback. Because the result is expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), it is quite convenient ...

Modified Impulsive Synchronization of Fractional Order Hyperchaotic Chen Systems
2011 Fourth International Workshop on Chaos-Fractals Theories and Applications, 2011In this paper, a modified impulsive control scheme is proposed to realize complete synchronization of fractional order hyperchaotic Chen systems. By constructing the suitable response system, the integral order synchronization error system is obtained.

A Class of Integer Order and Fractional Order Hyperchaotic Systems via the Chen System
International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos, 2016In this article, we investigate the generation of a class of hyperchaotic systems via the Chen chaotic system using both integer order and fractional order differential equation systems. Based on the Chen chaotic system, we designed a system with four nonlinear ordinary differential equations. For different parameter sets, the trajectory of the system

Anti-synchronization and Control of New Chen’s Hyperchaotic Systems
2011In this paper, a new Chen hyperchaotic system was introduced and analyzed. The anti-synchronization between two different hyperchaotic systems is investigated based on the nonlinear control theory. The sufficient condition is drawn for the stability of the error dynamics, where the controllers are designed by using the sum of the relevant variables in ...

Synchronization of hyperchaotic Chen systems: a class of the adaptive control approach
Chinese Physics B, 2010The synchronization of hyperchaotic Chen systems is considered. An adaptive synchronization approach and a cascade adaptive synchronization approach are presented to synchronize a drive system and a response system. By utilizing an adaptive controller based on the dynamic compensation mechanism, exact knowledge of the systems is not necessarily ...
