Computing Hypergeometric Functions Rigorously [PDF]

open access: yesACM Transactions on Mathematical Software, 2019
We present an efficient implementation of hypergeometric functions in arbitrary-precision interval arithmetic. The functions 0 F 1 , 1 F 1 , 2 F 1 , and 2 F 0

De Novo Reconstruction of 3D Human Facial Images from DNA Sequence

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study introduces Difface, a novel deep‐learning model for reconstructing 3D facial images only from DNA data. By integrating transformer networks, spiral convolutions, and a diffusion model, Difface directly aligns high‐dimensional SNP data with 3D facial structures.

ON CONTIGUITY RELATIONS FOR GENERALIZED HYPERGEOMETRIC FUNCTIONS

open access: yesПроблемы анализа, 2018
We derive formulas that generalize contiguity relations of Gauss hypergeometric functions to the case of hypergeometric functions satisfying differential equations of arbitrary order and also of solution matrices of their corresponding homogeneous ...

Investigation of Fractional Calculus for Extended Wright Hypergeometric Matrix Functions

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2023
Throughout this paper, we will present a new extension of the Wright hypergeometric matrix function by employing the extended Pochhammer matrix symbol. First, we present the extended hypergeometric matrix function and express certain integral equations ...

Hypergeometric series, truncated hypergeometric series, and Gaussian hypergeometric functions [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2015
In this paper, we investigate the relationships among hypergeometric series, truncated hypergeometric series, and Gaussian hypergeometric functions through some families of `hypergeometric' algebraic varieties that are higher dimensional analogues of Legendre curves.

Nuclear Translocation of S100A9 Triggers Senescence of Human Amnion Fibroblasts by De‐Repressing LINE1 Via Heterochromatin Erosion at Parturition

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study shows that the classical secretory protein S100 calcium‐binding protein A9 (S100A9) can translocate to the nucleus upon de‐phosphorylation at Thr 113 in human amnion fibroblasts at parturition, where S100A9 induces heterochromatin erosion through segregation of the heterochromatin maintenance protein, resulting inLong Interspersed Nuclear ...

Some Summation Theorems for Generalized Hypergeometric Functions

open access: yesAxioms, 2018
Essentially, whenever a generalized hypergeometric series can be summed in terms of gamma functions, the result will be important as only a few such summation theorems are available in the literature. In this paper, we apply two identities of generalized

Distributions of the Ratio and Product of Two Independent Weibull and Lindley Random Variables

open access: yesJournal of Probability and Statistics, 2020
In this paper, we derive the cumulative distribution functions (CDF) and probability density functions (PDF) of the ratio and product of two independent Weibull and Lindley random variables.

A class of hypergeometric functions

open access: yesIndagationes Mathematicae (Proceedings), 1976
AbstractThe hypergeometric functions here considered depend upon N variables, N numerator parameters (each associated with two variables), and one denominator parameter; for N = 3, Srivastava's HC is obtained. For even values of N, a rather simple Eulerian integral representation of these functions is found. A few particular cases are mentioned.

MMP9High Neutrophils are Critical Mediators of Neutrophil Extracellular Traps Formation and Myocardial Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
During a heart attack, neutrophils rapidly activate and differentiate into a specific subset characterized by high levels of MMP9, a tissue‐damaging enzyme, via the SPI1/CST7 pathway. These neutrophils form harmful net‐like structures (Neutrophil extracellular traps, NETs) that exacerbate heart injury.
