The treatment of the Hypericaceae from Bahia, Brazil, is presented as a contribution to the knowledge of the flora of the state. One species of Hypericum (H. brasiliense) and four of Vismia (V. atlantica, V. guianensis, V. martiana e V. pentagyna) are recognized. Descriptions, illustrations, notes, and distribution maps of species in Bahia are provided.
