A “Hot Spring” Mimetic Aerogel Loaded with Multiple Amino Acids Modulates the Chronic Inflammatory Microenvironment Through Metabolic Reprogramming

The SrCuSi4O₁₀ bioceramic particles mimic the effects of hot spring therapy by increasing the local wound temperature, which enhances the absorption of amino acids and stimulates cell metabolism. The amino acid uptake supports cellular glutathione redox reactions, helping to mitigate oxidative stress.

PIK3CA Mutations Downregulate PPT1 to Promote Adipogenesis by Suppressing P300 Depalmitoylation and Phase Separation

This study demonstrates that somatic PIK3CA mutations suppress PPT1 expression via activation of the PI3K–AKT–c‐JUN axis. This reduction in PPT1 weakens its interaction with P300, thereby increasing palmitoylation at C1176 of P300 and protecting P300 from lysosomal degradation.

Edge Information‐Augmented Auxiliary Diagnosis Method for Cervical Cancer in Medical Decision‐Making Systems

To address the problems of insufficient utilization of multiscale features and inefficient feature sharing between tasks in the model, this study proposes an edge‐enhanced intelligent cervical cancer screening method that achieves feature reuse and improves efficiency by jointly optimizing nucleolus segmentation and lesion classification.
