Hyperbolicity of projective hypersurfaces [PDF]
This book presents recent advances on Kobayashi hyperbolicity in complex geometry, especially in connection with projective hypersurfaces. This is a very active field, not least because of the fascinating relations with complex algebraic and arithmetic ...

We consider one-parameter null hypersurfaces associated with spacelike curves. The spacelike curves are in anti-de Sitter 3-space while one-parameter null hypersurfaces lie in 4-dimensional semi-Euclidean space with index 2.

A Variational Problem and Classification Theorem for Extremal Hypersurfaces in the Space Form
The classification of the isoparametric extremal hypersurfaces in the space form is obtained in this paper. We also derived the Euler-Lagrange equation for extremal hypersurface and obtained Simons’ type integral inequality.

Real hypersurfaces with constant totally real sectional curvature in a complex space form [PDF]
summary:We characterize real hypersurfaces with constant holomorphic sectional curvature of a non flat complex space form as the ones which have constant totally real sectional ...

Covalently linked carbazole dimers exhibit intense excimer‐based circularly polarized luminescence (CPL). A simple propylene‐tethered dimer achieves glum ≈ 0.01 in the violet region—among the highest for small organic emitters without heavy atoms. Conformational mapping reveals CPL is governed by thermodynamic/kinetic control of emissive conformers ...

We investigate recurrent, Lie-recurrent, and Hopf lightlike hypersurfaces of an indefinite trans-Sasakian manifold with a semi-symmetric metric connection. In these hypersurfaces, we obtain several new results.

HYPERSURFACE EXCEPTIONAL SINGULARITIES [PDF]
This paper studies hypersurface exceptional singularities in [Formula: see text] defined by non-degenerate function. For each canonical hypersurface singularity, there exists a weighted homogeneous singularity such that the former is exceptional if and only if the latter is exceptional.

Hopf hypersurfaces in complex two-plane Grassmannians with generalized Tanaka-Webster parallel normal Jacobi operator [PDF]
summary:We study the classifying problem of immersed submanifolds in Hermitian symmetric spaces. Typically in this paper, we deal with real hypersurfaces in a complex two-plane Grassmannian $G_2({\mathbb C}^{m+2})$ which has a remarkable geometric ...
