A Nationwide Assessment of Anticholestatic Therapy Uptake in Patients With Primary Biliary Cholangitis: Opportunities for Optimisation
Alimentary Pharmacology &Therapeutics, EarlyView.Among a nationwide population with primary biliary cholangitis, almost all people were prescribed ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA). However, UDCA was insufficiently dosed in a one third of them. The results indicate that first‐line treatment can be optimized, particularly in those with a biochemical response and higher body weight.Ellen Werner, Maria C. B. van Hooff, Gemma H. X. Daunorubicin‐60 for Induction in Intermediate‐Age Patients of AML: Results From a Randomized Trial
Cancer Science, EarlyView.Daunorubicin dose escalation from 45 to 60 mg/m2 provides no clinical benefit for AML patients aged 55–65. A dose of 45 mg/m2 should remain the preferred regimen for this population. ABSTRACT

Biomolecular and Health Science JournalIntroduction:
Burn injuries are associated with considerable morbidity and mortality, particularly when complicated by conditions such as sepsis. Hypoalbuminemia, frequently observed in burn patients, is hypothesized to elevate the risk of sepsis through Dimas Adi Bayu Dewo, Iswinarno Doso Saputro, Ira Handriani, Vijayendran Swaminathan +3 moredoaj +1 more sourceHypoalbuminemia in critically sick children
