Transient Extreme Axis Deviation in a Dog With Diabetic Ketoacidosis

This report describes a case of extreme axis deviation (EAD) and myocardial injury in a dog with diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). Treatment with insulin infusion and fluid therapy resulted in the normalisation of ECG findings and cardiac troponin I (cTnI) levels.
