Mikrorrhizák vizsgálatai alföldi növénytársulásokban = Study of mycorrhizae on the Great Hungarian Plain [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
A kutatások fő célkitűzése az volt, hogy különböző módszerekkel vizsgáljuk elsősorban az alföldi élőhelyekhez köthető mikorrhizákat és az azokat létrehozó gombák jellegzetességeit.

Fungal endophytes in species of paspalum and bromus, occurrence and in vitro antagonistic activity assessment [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
The aims of this work were to study the occurrence of fungiassociated to Paspalum dilatatum, P. notatum, Bromus biebersteiniiand B. catharticus and to evaluate their potential as antagonisticagents against fungal pathogens.

Observations on Cordyceps riverae (Hypocreales, Ascomycota)in Croatian caves.

open access: yesNatura Croatica, 2001
This paper appears to be the first contribution on cave macromycetes in Croatia. During the systematic biospeleological field work in the Dinaric karst area, eight more or less stable populations of the entomogenous species Cordyceps riverae Pacioni (Hypocreales, Ascomycota) have been located since 1990.

Molecular diversity of the Metarhizium anisopliae lineage in an agricultural field [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
Entomopathogenic fungal isolates identified by morphology as Metarhizium anisopliae may belong to different species when identified by molecular characters. We isolated Metarhizium spp. from an experimental agricultural field under both conventional and

The complete mitochondrial genome of Clonostachys farinosa (Bionectriaceae, Hypocreales)

open access: yesMitochondrial DNA Part B
The complete mitochondrial genome of Clonostachys farinosa was assembled using the strain CSC22A0184 that was isolated from the lichen Parmotrema clavuliferum. The total length of the mitogenome was 51,551 bp and contained 49 genes: 15 protein-coding genes, two ribosomal RNA genes, 26 transfer RNA genes, and six open reading frames.
