Aggressive prostate cancer is associated with pericyte dysfunction
Tumor‐produced TGF‐β drives pericyte dysfunction in prostate cancer. This dysfunction is characterized by downregulation of some canonical pericyte markers (i.e., DES, CSPG4, and ACTA2) while maintaining the expression of others (i.e., PDGFRB, NOTCH3, and RGS5).

Genetic testing in epithelial ovarian cancer includes both germline and tumor‐testing. This approach often duplicates resources. The current prospective study assessed the feasibility of tumor‐first multigene testing by comparing tumor tissue with germline testing of peripheral blood using an 18‐gene NGS panel in 106 patients.

Large Deviation Analysis of Score-Based Hypothesis Testing
Score-based statistical models play an important role in modern machine learning, statistics, and signal processing. For hypothesis testing, a score-based hypothesis test is proposed in Wu et al., (2022).

Urinary LGALS3BP is elevated in bladder cancer patients compared to healthy controls as detected by the 1959 antibody–based ELISA. The antibody shows enhanced reactivity to the high‐mannose glycosylated variant secreted by cancer cells treated with kifunensine (KIF).

Survivin and Aurora Kinase A control cell fate decisions during mitosis
Aurora A interacts with survivin during mitosis and regulates its centromeric role. Loss of Aurora A activity mislocalises survivin, the CPC and BubR1, leading to disruption of the spindle checkpoint and triggering premature mitotic exit, which we refer to as ‘mitotic slippage’.

HYPOTHESIS TESTING FOR AN EXCHANGEABLE NORMAL DISTRIBUTION [PDF]
Consider an exchangeable normal vector with parameters ????2, and ?. On the basis of a vector observation some tests about these parameters are found and their properties are discussed. A simulation study for these tests and a few nonparametric tests are
