Modeling the Hysteresis Loop in Hard Magnetic Materials Using T(x) Model

open access: yes, 2014
Possibility of decomposing the static hysteresis loop is demonstrated. The applied method is related with decomposition of experimentally obtained reversal magnetization curve on the reversible and irreversible components.

Self‐Powered Flexible Triboelectric‐Gated Ion‐Gel Transistor for Neuromorphic Tactile Sensing and Human Activity Recognition

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A fully flexible ion‐gel‐gated graphene‐channel transistor driven by a triboelectric nanogenerator enables self‐powered tactile sensing and synaptic learning. Mimicking spike‐rate‐dependent plasticity, the device exhibits frequency‐selective potentiation and depression, supporting rate‐coded neuromorphic computation even under flex.

Stable Protein‐Based G‐Quadruplex‐Derived Supramolecular Bioinks as Tunable ECM‐Mimetic Constructs Assembled by Combining Non‐Covalent and Covalent Strategies

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Harnessing the synergistic interplay of supramolecular self‐assembly, under macromolecular crowding conditions, and enzymatic‐mediated covalent crosslinking toward a stable protein‐based G‐quadruplex‐derived supramolecular bioink. This bioinspired strategy enables the biofabrication of complex and tunable ECM‐mimetic constructs, providing a platform ...

Neuromorphic Electronics for Intelligence Everywhere: Emerging Devices, Flexible Platforms, and Scalable System Architectures

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The perspective presents an integrated view of neuromorphic technologies, from device physics to real‐time applicability, while highlighting the necessity of full‐stack co‐optimization. By outlining practical hardware‐level strategies to exploit device behavior and mitigate non‐idealities, it shows pathways for building efficient, scalable, and ...

A phenomenological magnetomechanical model for hysteresis loops

open access: yesPhysica B: Condensed Matter
In this work we propose a simple phenomenological model for magnetization curves of stressed samples. The effect of stress is introduced by scaling the arctangent function argument (magnetic field) proportionally to stress. The magnetization curve is modelled by one or two arctangent functions.

Path‐Decoupled Cation‐Eutaxy III–V van der Waals Memristive Semiconductors for Mitigating the Neuromorphic Accuracy‐Energy Trade‐off

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Path‐decoupled III–V van der Waals memtransistors spatially separate ionic and electronic transport to overcome the conventional trade‐off between accuracy and energy in neuromorphic hardware. Mobile K+ ions in the vdW gaps set a wide conductance window, Gmax/Gmin, while gate‐tunable hole conduction lowers programming energy, enabling reliable ...

Origin of pinched hysteresis in PbZrO3-PbTiO3-PbHfO3 and its restoration to typical ferroelectric hysteresis

open access: yesDiscover Applied Sciences
Ferroelectric materials typically exhibit single-loop hysteresis with substantial remnant polarization, while the anti-ferroelectric materials show double-loop hysteresis with zero remnant polarization.
