Identification of hysteresis loops
Journal of Computational Physics, 1988Using Preisach's model of hysteresis, the authors describe the identification of a certain measure which is responsible for the shape of the loop. It is demonstrated that the parameters of the model can be determined from suitable experiments. The method is tested by some instructive experiments.

2010 International Conference on P2P, Parallel, Grid, Cloud and Internet Computing, 2010This work deals with the modeling and simulation of the fretting hysteresis loop. Fretting represents a relative cyclic motion between two surfaces, having a non-uniform distribution of local relative displacement at their contact. Fretting damage is a complex contact phenomenon leading to crack initiation and/or material removal.
