The International Journal of Applied Radiation and Isotopes, 1963A method for labeling wool fibers with I/sup 131/ was developed for following the passage of individual staples through textile manufacturing processes. The method comprises immersing the staples first in bromine water and then in a carrier-free solution of I/sup 131/.
