DIFFERENT CORE INTERACTING BOSON-FERMION MODELAND SPECTROSCOPIC FACTOR ANALYSIS [PDF]
:The level structure of 125Te by considering 124Te as a core for positive parity low-lying states has been investigated. Spectroscopic factor for both pick-up and stripping reactions were deduced according to the Interacting Boson-Fermion Model(IBFM) and

Objective interpretation of ultraviolet-induced luminescence for characterizing pictorial materials
Ultraviolet-induced Luminescence (UVL) is the property of some materials of emitting light once illuminated by a source of UV radiation. This feature is characteristic of some mediums and pigments, such as some red lakes, widely used for the realisation ...

Radiogenomics, Breast Cancer Diagnosis and Characterization: Current Status and Future Directions
Breast cancer (BC) is a heterogeneous disease, affecting millions of women every year. Early diagnosis is crucial to increasing survival. The clinical workup of BC diagnosis involves diagnostic imaging and bioptic characterization.

Up‐front allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo‐HSCT) after a reduced intensity conditioning regimen is the standard treatment in children with acquired severe aplastic anaemia (aSAA) and inherited bone marrow failure syndromes (iBMFs) in the presence of a healthy matched related donor (MRD). The paper by Alsultan et al.

Endovascular aortic repair impact on myocardial contractility: A prospective study
This study aimed to determine the impact of altered sphygmic wave transmission on left ventricular contractile function in patients undergoing endovascular aortic repair. The study found a reduction in reflected wave transit time and an increase in LV end‐systolic and end‐diastolic volumes postoperatively.

The peritumoral brain zone in glioblastoma: where we are and where we are going
Abstract Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most aggressive and invasive primary brain tumor. Current therapies are not curative, and patients' outcomes remain poor with an overall survival of 20.9 months after surgery. The typical growing pattern of GBM develops by infiltrating the surrounding apparent normal brain tissue within which the recurrence is ...

Abstract Objective Coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD) is a key pathophysiological feature of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), contributing to myocardial ischemia and representing a critical determinant of patients' adverse outcome. The molecular mechanisms underlying the morphological and functional changes of CMD are still unknown. Aim of this

Critical point symmetries in boson-fermion systems. The case of shape transition in odd nuclei in a multi-orbit model [PDF]
We investigate phase transitions in boson-fermion systems. We propose an analytically solvable model (E(5/12)) to describe odd nuclei at the critical point in the transition from the spherical to $\gamma$-unstable behaviour.
