The Gela/decitabine/La2(CO3)3 colloidal (GDLC) hydrogel developed here could reverse the epigenetic silencing of the GSDME gene by the synergistic interaction between DAC and La3+, while concurrently activating caspase‐3, thus facilitating pyroptosis induction under the tumor microenvironment.

Inspired by the thermal effect of working electronic chips, which consist of various heterostructures, an sonothermal‐responsive platform has been developed through constructing metal‐semiconductor interface on implants. Tau Aggregate Imaging and Transcriptomics of Alzheimer's Disease Brain at Different Stages of Disease

The protein aggregates and gene expression in the middle temporal gyrus (MTG) and somatosensory cortex (SOM) of the postmortem brains of 13 Alzheimer's disease patients were studied in detail, revealing that small hyperphosphorylated tau aggregates increase with Braak stage driven by microglial inflammation.
