Enhancing Grayscale E‐Beam Lithography: Thermal Treatment of Novolak‐Based Resist for 3D Nanostructures

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Surface roughness and chemistry of novolak‐based grayscale resists are dependent on both exposure dose and post‐exposure thermal treatment. The observed trends align with the viscoelastic phase separation model and underscore the need to consider both thermodynamic and kinetic factors in resist processing. By tailoring thermal treatment, it is possible

A Portable Radar for Ice Thickness Measurements

SAE Technical Paper Series, 1994
<div class="htmlview paragraph">A high-resolution and light-weight impulse radar has been developed for short range detection of subsurface objects and interfaces. This radar can be used as a hand-held instrument or it can be mounted on a vehicle.

Ice thickness measurements by Raman&Rayleigh scattering technique

2016 International Conference Laser Optics (LO), 2016
An efficient technique for ice thickness measurements by Raman&Rayleigh scattering is suggested. The elastic scattering is used for air-to-sample borders indication but fails to detect floating ice border. The Raman spectroscopy is used to detect interfaces between transparent materials such as ice-water interface.
