Making tau amyloid models in vitro: a crucial and underestimated challenge
This review highlights the challenges of producing in vitro amyloid assemblies of the tau protein. We review how accurately the existing protocols mimic tau deposits found in the brain of patients affected with tauopathies. We discuss the important properties that should be considered when forming amyloids and the benchmarks that should be used to ...

Some Examples of BL-Algebras Using Commutative Rings
BL-algebras are algebraic structures corresponding to Hajek’s basic fuzzy logic. The aim of this paper is to analyze the structure of BL-algebras using commutative rings. Due to computational considerations, we are interested in the finite case.

In lymphoid organs, antigen recognition and B cell receptor signaling rely on integrins and the cytoskeleton. Integrins act as mechanoreceptors, couple B cell receptor activation to cytoskeletal remodeling, and support immune synapse formation as well as antigen extraction.

Residuated Lattices with Noetherian Spectrum
In this paper, we characterize residuated lattices for which the topological space of prime ideals is a Noetherian space. The notion of i-Noetherian residuated lattice is introduced and related properties are investigated.

An “ideal lignin” facilitates full biomass utilization
The structural homogeneity and acid stability of linear C-lignins allow their deconstruction to useful monomers in high yield. Lignin, a major component of lignocellulosic biomass, is crucial to plant growth and development but is a major impediment to ...

Social context prevents heat hormetic effects against mutagens during fish development
This study shows that sublethal heat stress protects fish embryos against ultraviolet radiation, a concept known as ‘hormesis’. However, chemical stress transmission between fish embryos negates this protective effect. By providing evidence for the mechanistic molecular basis of heat stress hormesis and interindividual stress communication, this study ...

On Structure of Infinite B*-Matrices over Normed Fields
This article is devoted to the investigation of infinite B*-matrices and linear operators over normed fields. Their structure is studied in the paper. Ideals and centers of the corresponding to them B*-algebras are scrutinized.

The principal result is a primary decomposition of ideals generated by the (2x2)-subpermanents of a generic matrix. These permanental ideals almost always have embedded components and their minimal primes are of three distinct heights. Thus the permanental ideals are almost never Cohen-Macaulay, in contrast with determinantal ideals.

Interaction extracellular vesicles (iEVs) are hybrid vesicles formed through host‐pathogen communication. They facilitate immune evasion, transfer pathogens' molecules, increase host cell uptake, and enhance virulence. This Perspective article illustrates the multifunctional roles of iEVs and highlights their emerging relevance in infection dynamics ...

Prime ideal on the end_Z (Z^n ) Ring
The set of all endomorphisms over -module is a non-empty set denoted by . From we can construct the ring of over addition and composition function. The prime ideal is an ideal which satisfies the properties like the prime numbers.
