State estimation by IMM filter in the presence of structural uncertainty [PDF]

open access: yes, 1999
A solution to the state estimation problem under structural uncertainty (unknown or changeable dimension of the system state space) is given by the Interacting Multiple Model (IMM) filter.

eQTL Meta‐Analysis Reveals Conserved and Population‐Specific Regulatory Variation Underlying Nutritional Trait Evolution and Domestication in Tomato

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A comprehensive meta‐analysis of expression quantitative trait loci (eQTLs) across five diverse tomato populations reveals a high‐resolution atlas of transcriptional regulation and uncovers conserved and population‐specific regulatory architectures underlying fruit nutritional quality traits, including flavonoids, sugars, organic acids, carotenoids ...

Study on Creep Behavior and Constitutive Model of Carbonaceous Mudstone Under Hydro-mechanical Coupling

open access: yes工程科学与技术
ObjectiveCarbonaceous mudstone exhibits low mechanical strength, water-induced disintegration, and reduced structural compactness. It is widely distributed in the mountainous strata of Southwestern China, where tunneling activities frequently traverse ...

Optimal Adaptive Control Methods for Structurally Varying Systems [PDF]

open access: yes
The problem of simultaneously identifying and controlling a time-varying, perfectly-observed linear system is posed. The parameters are assumed to obey a Markov structure and are estimated with a Kalman filter.

Partial realization theory and system identification redux

open access: yes, 2017
Some twenty years ago we introduced a nonstandard matrix Riccati equation to solve the partial stochastic realization problem. In this paper we provide a new derivation of this equation in the context of system identification. This allows us to show that

Tumor‐Derived Alpha‐1 Antitrypsin Promotes Liver Metastasis of Colorectal Cancer Through the Neutrophil Extracellular Traps–CCDC25 Pathway

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Liver metastasis is a leading cause of mortality in colorectal cancer (CRC), where the inflammatory tumor microenvironment, specifically neutrophil infiltration, significantly promotes metastatic colonization. This study reveals a pro‐metastatic role for alpha‐1 antitrypsin (A1AT) in CRC liver metastasis via a dual mechanism involving ...

HNRNPU K181 Lactylation Drives Cervical Cancer Growth by Upregulating PHGDH and Reprogramming Serine Metabolism

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Lactate in cervical cancer induces HNRNPU K181 lactylation, opposed by NAA50‐mediated acetylation and suppressed by Pazopanib. This lactylation enhances HNRNPU binding to PHGDH pre‐mRNA exon 1, maintaining exon 1‐containing transcripts and mRNA stability, thereby activating serine metabolism.

TSPYL5 Promotes Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer Metastasis by Antagonizing USP10‐Mediated PTEN Stabilization to Unleash a ZEB1‐Dependent EMT Program

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The hyperactivation of PI3K/AKT signaling in PTEN wild‐type triple‐negative breast cancer represents a clinical paradox. We delineate a novel post‐translational regulatory axis wherein the oncogene TSPYL5 competitively antagonizes the deubiquitinase USP10.
