Revisiting Fire Safety Guidelines in CO<sub>2</sub> Laser Airway Surgery. [PDF]
LaryngoscopeThis experimental study evaluates fire risk during CO2 laser airway surgery using high‐flow and jet ventilation in a porcine model. Results showed that laser wattage had a greater influence on fire risk than FiO2, with jet ventilation consistently producing expansive flames.
