Phase separation of SF3B1 acts as a key regulatory mechanism for dynamic alternative splicing throughout early mouse embryogenesis. Its absence triggers extensive splicing errors, which induce persistent DNA damage, defective cell cycle progression, and failed cell lineage commitment, and ultimately hinder the normal growth and development of ...

TP53 Loss Elevates NF‐κB‐IFN‐β‐MHC‐Ia Signaling to Promote NK Cell Resistance in Osteosarcoma
TP53 loss in a transforming or osteosarcoma cell promotes cytosolic DNA accumulation, activating NF‐κB‐dependent IFN‐β production. Autocrine IFN‐β signaling increases cell‐surface HLA‐Ia expression, strengthens inhibitory KIR signaling in natural killer cells, and thereby enables the affected cell to evade NK cell‐mediated cytotoxicity.

The transcription factor MoSR governs DMI fungicide sensitivity in Magnaporthe oryzae through dual regulation of ergosterol biosynthesis and the detoxification enzyme MoDde1. Targeting MoDde1 via a small‐molecule inhibitor or host‐induced gene silencing enhances DMI efficacy against rice blast, offering a sustainable disease management strategy ...

After IAV infection, NS1 induces PARP1 phase transition, reducing molecular mobility in condensates, prolonging host transcriptional pause, aiding RdRp cap snatching, and promoting viral transcription. ABSTRACT Influenza A virus (IAV) commandeers host transcriptional machinery to replicate, but mechanisms remain elusive.

Severe Phenotype in an Indian Family With Progressive Pseudorheumatoid Arthropathy of Childhood
ABSTRACT Progressive pseudorheumatoid arthropathy of childhood (PPAC) is a rare autosomal recessive progressive condition that affects the cartilage of joints and bones. The symptoms of PPAC include stiffness of the joints, bony swelling of the toes and fingers, short stature, kyphosis, and muscle weakness.

The pathogenesis of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension (HPH) remains unclear. In this study, we explored its key regulatory mechanisms using animal models, RNA sequencing, and cellular assays. We found that lncRNA‐92467 functions as a ceRNA, binding miR‐205‐5p, and thereby upregulating PTPRM, inhibiting abnormal proliferation and migration of endothelial ...

Downregulated CAV1 in HO is restored via apoptotic bodies from PMSCs, which reprogram bone remodeling by delivering CAV1 to target cells, highlighting the therapeutic role of EV subtypes in heterotopic ossification. Abstract Heterotopic ossification (HO) is a pathological process characterized by ectopic bone formation in non‐osseous tissues, with an ...

Abstract Efforts to use transcriptomics for toxicity testing have classically relied on the assumption that chemicals consistently produce characteristic transcriptomic signatures that are reflective of their mechanism of action. However, the degree to which transcriptomic responses are conserved across different test methodologies has seldom been ...

Apigenin Protects Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage by Regulating Trx1 Through Binding to PRDX2
ABSTRACT Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) remains the most severe stroke subtype with high mortality and disability rates. Although apigenin has shown cerebroprotective potential in preclinical studies, its mechanism of action, particularly in hypertensive ICH, remains poorly understood.
