Spatial biology in cancer epigenetics

Spatial epigenomics combines molecular profiling with tissue architecture to reveal how gene regulation is organized within intact tissues. Automated FRAP microscopy for high‐throughput analysis of protein dynamics in chromatin organization and transcription
