Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Model-Based Feature Extraction for Gait Analysis and Recognition [PDF]
Human motion analysis has received a great attention from researchers in the last decade due to its potential use in different applications. We propose a new approach to extract human joints (vertex positions) using a model-based method. Motion templates

Using Scene‐Flow to Improve Predictions of Road Users in Motion With Respect to an Ego‐Vehicle
We addressed the challenge of accurately determining the motion status of vehicles neighbouring an ego‐vehicle, across various driving scenarios. The aim was to enhance the prediction accuracy in identifying moving vehicles through the integration of ...

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Simplified and approximation autofocus back-projection algorithm for SAR
Due to accuracy limited inertial measurement unit systems, residual synthetic aperture radar (SAR) motion errors need to be compensated by autofocus method. Back-projection (BP) algorithm is a time-domain imaging process suitable for arbitrary trajectory

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting
