Restricted Boltzmann machine approach to couple dictionary training for image super-resolution
Image super-resolution means forming high-resolution images from low-resolution images. In this paper, we develop a new approach based on the deep Restricted Boltzmann Machines (RBM) for image super-resolution.

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

While recent years have witnessed the unprecedented success of deep convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and vision transformers in single‐image super‐resolution (SISR), the degradation assumptions are simple and usually bicubic downsampling. Thus, their

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Cross view capture for stereo image super-resolution
Stereo image super-resolution exploits additional features from cross view image pairs for high resolution (HR) image reconstruction. Recently, several new methods have been proposed to investigate cross view features along epipolar lines to enhance the ...

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

Large receptive field convolutional neural network for image super-resolution
This paper presents a new approach to Single Image Super Resolution (SISR), based upon Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Although the SISR is ill-posed which can be seen as finding a non-linear mapping from a low to high dimensional space.
