Adaptive as-natural-as-possible image stitching [PDF]
The goal of image stitching is to create natural-looking mosaics free of artifacts that may occur due to relative camera motion, illumination changes, and optical aberrations. In this paper, we propose a novel stitching method, that uses a smooth stitching field over the entire target image, while accounting for all the local transformation variations.

Elimination of Irregular Boundaries and Seams for UAV Image Stitching with a Diffusion Model
Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) image stitching refers to the process of combining multiple UAV images into a single large-format, wide-field image, and the stitched image often contains large irregular boundaries and multiple stitching seams.

Generative Panoramic Image Stitching
We introduce the task of generative panoramic image stitching, which aims to synthesize seamless panoramas that are faithful to the content of multiple reference images containing parallax effects and strong variations in lighting, camera capture settings, or style.

Image deformation in images stitching [PDF]
Panorama image stitching is a process of combining two or more images with overlapping fields of view to produce a 360ºpanorama image. This technique is widely used in medical imaging, multiple image super-resolution, video stitching and object insertion.

Manifold alignment based color transfer for multiview image stitching [PDF]
In multiview image stitching, color transfer removes all color inconsistences between different views under different illumination conditions and camera settings to make the stitching more seamless or visually acceptable.

Image Stitching Using Speeded Up Robust Features [PDF]
Images are an integral part of our daily lives. Image stitching is the process to generate one large panoramic image from collective relative image sequence without overlapping. Stitched images are used in applications such as Defence documentary photos,

Silhouette Extraction from Street View Images
This study addresses the issue of silhouette extraction of a street, and proposes two novel approaches to overcome this problem. The first, namely hybrid-stitching, considers the silhouette extraction as an image stitching problem and aims to use 2D ...
