Photonic‐Enabled Energy‐Efficient Transparent Neuromorphic Computing Devices: A Review
Transparent photonic neuromorphic computing devices merge optics and brain‐inspired computing to overcome von Neumann bottlenecks with ultrafast, low‐energy processing. By exploiting transparent oxides, 2D materials, phase‐change materials, and hybrid heterostructures, these platforms enable photonic synapses, memory, and logic for see‐through edge ...

We introduce a vision‐based real‐time monitoring system for additive manufacturing that detects subtle moisture‐induced degradation via a diffusion model‐based framework. The approach enables nondestructive assessment of moisture‐induced damage level and mechanical performance and establishes a practical route toward more intelligent, reliable, and ...

Immersive 360° Experiences for Geoscience Learning
Extended reality (XR) and virtual field trips (VFTs) are increasingly used in the field of geoscience dissemination and education as they can enhance the motivation of students and citizens to learn about these topics. They allow to observe the territory and its forms overcoming the possible physical (e.g. disabili- ties and health problems), economic,

Polydopamine nanoparticles enable a precise, non‐genetic, and transcranial neuromodulation strategy via near‐infrared photothermal stimulation. By activating TRPV1 channels, this approach specifically enhances hippocampal gamma oscillations, thereby rescuing spatial memory deficits in models of perioperative neurocognitive disorder.
