Attenuation of Influenza a Virus into Live Vaccines Through C‐End Degrons
Naturally occurring C‐end degrons are exploited to design proteolysis‐targeting live attenuated influenza vaccines. C‐end degron tagging of viral M1 protein promotes proteasome‐dependent degradation, resulting in robust attenuation in host cells while permitting scalable production in engineered cells.

Streptococcus anginosus extracellular vesicles (SA‐EVs) accumulate in gastric tissue, disrupt epithelial tight junctions, and induce gastritis characterized by neutrophil infiltration and elevated cytokines (TNF‐α, IL‐6, IL‐17A). Proteomics identifies TMPC and FBP62 as key SA‐EVs virulence factors; their genetic deletion attenuates inflammation ...

Passive immune transfer in puppies
The puppy, born without immunoglobulins G (IgG), acquires a passive systemic immunity thanks to colostrum intake during the two first days of life. The quality of passive immune transfer (i.e. blood IgG concentration at two days of age), highly variable between litters and between puppies within litters, depends mainly on the time elapsed between birth

What are the available data on incidence & prevalence prognosis risk factors of severity of sickle cell disease in sub‐Saharan Africa? ABSTRACT Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) is highly prevalent in sub‐Saharan Africa. Epidemiological data remain sparse, but regional screening and research initiatives are expanding.

ABSTRACT Despite the considerable potential of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) vaccines, their clinical efficacy has been hampered by inadequate mucosal immunity and suboptimal Th1/Th17 polarization. To address this, we engineered a novel nano‐adjuvant system using LPS‐modified recombinant outer membrane vesicles (rOMVs) derived from H.

Toxic mechanisms of amyloid oligomers and therapeutic strategies
Abstract Amyloid oligomers are increasingly recognized as the major toxic contributors across protein‐misfolding disorders. In this review, we cover mechanistic evidence showing how these transient and structurally heterogeneous oligomers disrupt cellular homeostasis by: (i) permeabilizing lipid membranes and forming ion‐conducting pores; (ii ...
