WDR5‐H3K4me3 Epigenetic Axis Promotes TRMT6‐Dependent tRNA M1A Modification to Facilitate Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer Progression by Suppressing Ferroptosis
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Upregulated TRMT6 forms aberrant hypermethylation of a specific tRNA pool and serves as a predictor of poor prognosis in TNBC. This m1A modification in tRNAs enhances translation of FTH1 and FTL, reducing the pool of bioavailable Fe2⁺. Reduced Fe2+ availability impairs RSL3‐induced lipid peroxidation and tumor progression.Yuqing Lei, Xue Wang, Jiahe Liu, Zixu Niu, Jiaqi Hua, Qian Guo, Dan Du, Yuanchang Zhu, Fucheng He, Mingxia Zhou, Hongle Li, Jing He, Jun Li +12 morewiley +1 more sourceERM Inhibition Confers Ferroptosis Resistance through ROS‐Induced NRF2 Signaling
Advanced Science, EarlyView.ERM inhibition disrupts ERM‐actin interactions, elevating ROS and triggering KEAP1 degradation, which stabilizes and activates NRF2. Nuclear NRF2 induces cytoprotective genes, notably HMOX1, enhancing redox buffering and suppressing lipid peroxidation to resist erastin‐induced ferroptosis.Menghao Qiao, Liqun Zhou, Minhua Zhou, Yu Fang, Haiying Mai, Lingbo Cao, Kun Xu, Yuan Sang, Minyi Chen, Jiewei Huang, Peiyi Huang, Zhipeng Yan, Chao Wang, Zhangshuai Dai, Dichun Huang, Ronghan He, Lijuan Pang, Yunmiao Guo, Ting Gang Chew, Junqi Huang +19 morewiley +1 more sourceCorrigendum: Assessing the Functional Relevance of Variants in the IKAROS Family Zinc Finger Protein 1 (IKZF1) in a Cohort of Patients With Primary Immunodeficiency

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Lei et al. demonstrate that cancer stem cells (CSCs) play a pivotal role in impairing the differentiation of CD103+ T cells in patients with non‐small‐cell lung cancer. The key mechanism involves CSC‐derived acetyl‐CoA, which disrupts CD103+ T cell differentiation by sequentially inducing acetylation and ubiquitination of the Blimp‐1 protein.
