This study presents the selective optical sensing of 3‐Nitro‐L‐tyrosine (3NT), a biomarker associated with neurological and cardiovascular diseases, through the photoluminescence quenching of nitrogen and sulfur co‐doped graphene quantum dots (NS‐GQDs) obtained from garlic.

Nitrogen‐Doped Amorphous Carbon Film for Enhanced Cu2+ Electrochemical Sensing in Marine Environments

Large‐area N‐doped amorphous carbon films are synthesized at room temperature via hybrid linear ion source technique. Nitrogen doping promotes the formation of sp2−C and C‐N bonds, thus enhancing the electrode's sensitivity. Miniaturized Devices for On‐the‐Spot Generation of Small‐Diameter Vascular Grafts

An intracorporeal extrusion device is developed for on‐the‐spot generation of vascular grafts with tunable diameters spanning from 1 to 6 mm. The device uses biomimetic polymers and light, to promptly obtaining biocompatible and high‐burst pressure‐resistant grafts.
