Herein, we report the case of a 59-year-old man presenting restriction in ocular motility, diplopia, proptosis, left eyelid ptosis, and a hardened mass in the frontotemporal zygomatic region, along with enlargement of the left parotid gland.

Here, we characterized the sensitization spectrum to various wheat flours, as revealed by skin prick test (SPT) and specific IgE (sIgE) against wheat flour, gluten, and various wheat components.
