Variation in the N-terminal sequence of heavy chains of immunoglobulin G from rabbits of different allotype.

open access: yesBiochemical Journal, 1969
The sequences of the N-terminal peptides prepared by Pronase digestion of the heavy chain of rabbit immunoglobulin G of allotype Aa1, Aa2 and Aa3 were determined and were shown to be related to the allotype.

A companion to the preclinical common data elements and case report forms for neuropathology studies in epilepsy research. A report of the TASK3 WG2 Neuropathology Working Group of the ILAE/AES Joint Translational Task Force

open access: yesEpilepsia Open, EarlyView., 2022
Abstract The International League Against Epilepsy/American Epilepsy Society (ILAE/AES) Joint Translational Task Force initiated the TASK3 working group to create common data elements (CDEs) for various aspects of preclinical epilepsy research studies, which could help improve the standardization of experimental designs.

Comparative studies of two types of bovine immunoglobulin G heavy chains.

open access: yesBiochemical Journal, 1968
;Fingerprints' of bovine colostrum and serum immunoglobulin G1 heavy chains were extremely similar, but different from serum immunoglobin G2 heavy chains. Serum immunoglobulin G1 and immunoglobulin G2 heavy chains were treated with cyanogen bromide.

Franklin's disease: immunoglobulin heavy chain disease.

open access: yesStem cell investigation, 2015
A 64-year-old male presented with persistent fatigue, weakness and abdominal discomfort. He was found to have pancytopenia and hepatosplenomegaly. His bone marrow examination was mildly hypocellular with trilineage hematopoiesis. Serum protein electrophoresis revealed broad beta protein area but no gamma monoclonal spike (A).

An Engineered Soluble Single‐Chain TCR Engager for KRAS‐G12V Specific Tumor Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study develops a dimeric T cell receptor engager protein specific for tumor KRAS‐G12V mutation. The engager proteins are capable of mediating the formation of synapse between T cell and tumor cell and demonstrate substantial tumor suppression efficacy.

Systematic characterization of immunoglobulin loci and deep sequencing of the expressed repertoire in the Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua)

open access: yesBMC Genomics
Background The Atlantic cod is a prolific species in the Atlantic, despite its inconsistent specific antibody response. It presents a peculiar case within vertebrate immunology due to its distinct immune system, characterized by the absence of MHCII ...

Assignment of genes for immunoglobulin kappa and heavy chains to chromosomes 6 and 12 in mouse.

open access: yesProceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America, 1978
Using somatic cell hybrids from fusions of lymphocytes of two different mouse stocks with the myeloma cell line X63-Ag8, we have assigned genes for the immunoglobulin heavy and kappa-type light chains to chromosomes 12 and 6, respectively.

QSOX2‐Mediated Disulfide Bond Modification Enhances Tumor Stemness and Chemoresistance by Activating TSC2/mTOR/c‐Myc Feedback Loop in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
High QSOX2 enhances stemness, drug resistance, and metastasis of ESCC cells. QSOX2‐mediated disulfide bond modification activates mTOR/c‐Myc signaling. CAFs‐secreted IGF‐1 drives mTOR/c‐Myc/QSOX2 positive feedback loop. Combining Ebselen, rapamycin, and cisplatin induces tumor dormancy in mice.
