Electrowetting-Based Digital Microfluidics Platform for Automated Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay [PDF]
Electrowetting is the effect by which the contact angle of a droplet exposed to a surface charge is modified. Electrowetting-on-dielectric (EWOD) exploits the dielectric properties of thin insulator films to enhance the charge density and hence boost the

Lipid A fractions analyzed by a technique involving thin‐layer chromatography and enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay [PDF]
A modified enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), with alkaline phosphatase as enzyme, was used for the study of antigenicity of lipid A fractions directly on thin‐layer chromatographic (TLC) plates. For visualization a gel slab containing the enzyme substrate was placed on the plate containing enzyme‐conjugated antibodies.

Investigating co-occurrences of MITRE ATT\&CK Techniques [PDF]
Cyberattacks use adversarial techniques to bypass system defenses, persist, and eventually breach systems. The MITRE ATT\&CK framework catalogs a set of adversarial techniques and maps between adversaries and their used techniques and tactics. Understanding how adversaries deploy techniques in conjunction is pivotal for learning adversary behavior ...

IgG Adhesion on Hydrophobic Surfaces: Theory, Modelling, and Application to ELISA [PDF]
Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assays (ELISA) are a range of widely used analytical methods whose implementation requires to build antibodies (IgG) thin films onto surfaces predominantly made of polystyrene. The high hydrophobicity of polystyrene ensures a spontaneous and strong adhesion of proteins allowing to easily build IgG monolayers. Since the ELISA

Spectrum Occupancy Measurement: An Autocorrelation based Scanning Technique using USRP [PDF]
This paper presents a technique for scanning and evaluating the radio spectrum use. This technique determines the average occupancy of a channel over a specific duration. The technique was implemented using Software Defined Radio units and GNU Radio software.
