Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...

SSO Suppression Strategy of DFIG-Based Wind Turbine Based on Impedance Reshaping
Abstract In order to suppress the sub-synchronous oscillation (SSO) of DFIG-based wind power generation system, a new suppression strategy based on impedance reshaping is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the impedance model of DFIG-based wind power generation system set in static coordinate system is established, and the mechanism of SSO

TisIBP8, a fungal‐derived hyperactive ice‐binding protein, helps Caenorhabditis elegans survive dehydration. It localizes near cell membranes, reduces cell damage, and helps maintain membrane structure during drying. These results suggest that ice‐binding proteins can protect cells from dehydration stress as well as freezing stress.

Aging Is a Key Driver for Adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia
Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a classical age‐related hematologic malignancy, and a key driver of AML is aging, which profoundly regulates intrinsic factors such as genomic instability, epigenetic reprogramming, and metabolic dysregulation, and alters bone marrow microenvironment.

A Power Coordinated Control Method for Islanded Microgrids Based on Impedance Identification
Droop control is an effective power regulation method for islanded microgrids to cope with fluctuations in renewable energy and loads. However, its power coordination performance is easily affected by the line impedance.

Damping Method of High Frequency Resonance for Stator Current Controlled DFIG System under Parallel Compensation Grid [PDF]
High-frequency resonances (HFR) is a subsistent issue in a doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) system when it connects to a parallel compensation grid, due to the insufficient phase margin between the impedance of DFIG and grid.
