Cochlear Implantation after Kidney Transplantation
Patients with chronic renal failure may develop sensorineural hearing loss. Cochlear implantation has rarely done after organ transplantation. Herein, we report on a 33-year-old kidney transplantation recipient who underwent cochlear implantation for her

Gemcitabine resistance remains a major challenge in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. This study identifies STYK1 as a key mediator of chemoresistance through autophagy‐dependent maintenance of cancer stemness. Gemcitabine‐activated AMPK phosphorylates STYK1 at Ser91 and Ser304, enhancing autophagy and stemness.

Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) show promise for treating immune‐related disorders through immunomodulation and tissue regeneration. This review gives a brief overview of current clinical approval of MSC therapies. It also discussed how bioengineering, including genetic modification, biomaterial delivery, extracellular vesicles, and iPSC‐derived MSCs,

ABSTRACT Current clinical approaches for knee cartilage repair are often limited by hypertrophy and fibrosis in the regenerated tissues. A decellularized tissue‐engineered hyaline cartilage graft (dLhCG), composed of a type II collagen‐based extracellular matrix, has been developed to overcome this limitation.
