Ion‐Reconfigurable “N”‐Shaped Antiambipolar Behavior in Organic Electrochemical Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A unique N‐shaped negative differential transconductance (NDT) characteristics is demonstrated in single‐polymer organic electrochemical transistors through a sequential doping–redox–doping process driven by iodide ions. This redox‐driven mechanism enables low‐voltage, ion‐controlled reconfigurability and tunable current modulation, allowing seamless ...

Light‐Induced Entropy for Secure Vision

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This work realized a ternary true random number generator by exploiting stochastic traps emerging within multiple junction interfaces, and quantitatively validated the generation of high‐quality random numbers. Furthermore, it successfully demonstrated diverse applications, including AI‐resilient image security, thereby providing a valuable guide for ...

Science‐Towards‐Technology Breakthrough in CO2 Electroreduction: Multiphysics, Multiscale, and Artificial Intelligence Insights

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Electrochemical CO2RR is a key technology for converting CO2 into chemicals, but there remains a gap between “laboratory science” and “engineering practice” in current research. This review establishes a multi‐scale research framework, encompassing atomic‐level characterization, microenvironment regulation, external field‐assisted optimization, and AI ...

Tools and frameworks for evaluating the implementation of learning health systems: a scoping review

open access: yesHealth Research Policy and Systems
Introduction Despite increased interest in learning health systems (LHS), a paucity of guidance and tools for evaluating LHS implementation exists. To address this, we aim to undertake a scoping review on existing tools and evaluation of exemplars of LHS

Understanding implementation research

open access: yesAfrican Journal of Primary Health Care & Family Medicine
Implementation research (IR) focuses on understanding and closing the gap between evidence-based interventions and practice. Key elements to evaluate include the design of the intervention itself, contextual barriers and enablers to implementation, the ...

Isotopically Selected Co‐Doping of 121Sb and 123Sb Pairs in Silicon

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Pairs of 121Sb and 123Sb atoms are doped into silicon using single cluster implantation and found to reside substitutionally within the crystal lattice due to self‐annealing with a Sb‐to Sb separation of ≈2 nm. Molecular dynamics simulations reproduce the observed experimental results and single ion cluster detection efficiencies of 94% are ...
