TOLLIP Inhibits Psoriasis Progression via Suppressing PKM2‐Mediated Glycolysis in Keratinocytes

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this study, we identify TOLLIP as a critical regulator of psoriasis pathogenesis through its modulation of glycolytic metabolism. Our findings establish the TOLLIP‐PKM2‐glycolysis axis as a key mechanism linking metabolic reprogramming to psoriasis pathogenesis, and propose TOLLIP as a promising therapeutic target.

Single‐Cell Transcriptomic Analysis of Tumor Heterogeneity and the Microenvironment in Pseudomyxoma Peritonei

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents a single‐cell atlas of pseudomyxoma peritonei spanning primary and paired metastatic lesions. Distinct epithelial substates, stromal remodeling, immune exclusion, lipid metabolic reprogramming, and a candidate angiogenic network were identified in metastatic lesions.

Import Protection, Capital Inflows, and Real Exchange Rate Dynamics [PDF]

open access: yes
This paper focuses on the effect of import protection on the response of the real exchange rate to capital flows. The central hypothesis is that barriers to imports blunt the expenditure and production shifting effects of changes in relative prices, and ...

Remote Magnetomechanical Neuromodulation Uncovers Therapeutic Mechanisms for Alleviating Parkinsonian Symptoms in Freely Moving Mice

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Magnetomechanical neuromodulation using magnetic nanodiscs enables remote activation of neurons. In a hemiparkinsonian mouse model, alternating magnetic fields actuate the nanodiscs to generate torque that opens mechanosensitive ion channels within the subthalamic nucleus, thereby modulating basal ganglia motor circuitry.

Export Prices Across Firms and Destinations [PDF]

open access: yes
This paper establishes six stylized facts about firms' export prices using detailed customs data on the universe of Chinese trade flows. First, across firms selling a given product, exporters that charge higher prices earn greater revenues in each ...

Rod Origami (RodOri) Spring Metamaterials for Tunable Vibration Control via Tailored Structural Instabilities

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Rod Origami (RodOri) springs harness snap‐through instabilities of pre‐stressed curved rods with geometrically programmable buckling behavior. Integrating RodOri springs with distinct geometries yields multistable metamaterials that undergo stepwise reconfiguration via sequential snapping, achieving wide‐range tunability of stiffness and resonance ...
