Flexible piezoresistive pressure sensors underpin wearable and soft electronics. This review links sensing physics, including contact resistance modulation, quantum tunneling and percolation, to unified materials/structure design. We highlight composite and graded architectures, interfacial/porous engineering, and microstructured 3D conductive networks

This study reports the fabrication of MRI‐compatible elastomeric micro‐balloons via a multi‐step bubble casting process, where the monolithic elastomeric wall is selectively stiffened for reversible and controlled inflation and elasticity, depending on the target vessels for graded occlusion of cerebral arteries.

Meet-in-the-Middle Attacks on Reduced-Round Midori64
Midori is a lightweight block cipher designed by Banik et al. at ASIACRYPT 2015 to achieve low energy consumption. One version of Midori uses a 64-bit state, another uses a 128-bit state and we denote these versions Midori64 and Midori128.

The Impossible Differential Cryptanalysis [PDF]

Root‐Stimulated Movements in Mimosa Pudica for Biohybrid Robotic Systems
This study demonstrates that thermal and electrical stimulation of Mimosa pudica root induces movement of the petiole and pinnules without direct stimulation of the aerial organs, thereby enabling a plant‐based robotic gripper and providing a foundation for the development of intelligent and sustainable systems.

Privacy Risk in Machine Learning: Analyzing the Connection to Overfitting
Machine learning algorithms, when applied to sensitive data, pose a distinct threat to privacy. A growing body of prior work demonstrates that models produced by these algorithms may leak specific private information in the training data to an attacker ...

Chronic septic arthritis involves intracellular bacterial persistence and lipid‐immune crosstalk via the PGRN‐BMP lysosomal axis. A dual‐targeting nanoparticle system (NPs@PGRN) restores lysosomal bactericidal function, reduces bacterial burden, and reprograms macrophage immunity, offering a novel therapeutic strategy. ABSTRACT Chronic septic arthritis,

Ultrasound Modulation of Visual Circuits in Mice Independent of Auditory Confound
In this study, Qiu et al. found that low‐intensity ultrasound can directly activate sparse ultrasound‐sensitive neurons (UNs) in the primary visual cortex (V1) of deafened mice. The proportion of these sparse UNs is pressure‐dependent. Furthermore, ultrasound modulates visual circuitry with distinct excitatory and inhibitory effects.
