Low Threshold Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Lasers Based on CsPbI3 Thin Films
Advanced Science, EarlyView.The first vertical‐cavity surface‐emitting laser (VCSEL) based on CsPbI3 thin films is fabricated by planar hot pressing. By optimizing the cavity design through optical gain assessment and rigorous coupled‐wave analysis, the VCSEL achieved an exceptionally low lasing threshold of 2.8 µJ cm−2.

Optical Access to Dark Excitons Via Spin–Phonon Fano Interference
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Dark excitons in quantum dots neither absorb nor emit light and stay hidden from optical spectroscopy.
