Contrastive Learning for Sequential Recommendation With Negative Selection and Augmentation
Artificial Intelligence for Engineering, Volume 1, Issue 2, Page 125-136, 29 December 2025.We identify that generating high‐similarity hard negative samples is essential for robust sequential recommendation via contrastive learning. To address this, we propose NARec, a novel framework integrating selection and augmentation modules to optimise the quality and quantity of negative samples, achieving superior performance.
