Distinct Neuropsychiatric Profiles Associated With 17p11.2 Deletions and RAI1 Variants in Smith–Magenis Syndrome

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Medical Genetics Part A, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Smith–Magenis syndrome (SMS) results from either a recurrent 17p11.2 deletion or pathogenic variants in the retinoic acid induced 1 gene (RAI1). While neurodevelopmental impairment and behavioral dysregulation are well recognized, systematic genotype‐stratified analyses across psychiatric domains remain limited.

Approximate Controllability of Higher-Order Hilfer Fractional Neutral Stochastic Systems Driven by Fractional Brownian Motion, Poisson Jumps, and Non-Instantaneous Impulses

open access: yesFractal and Fractional
This paper addresses the existence of mild solutions and the approximate controllability of a class of higher-order Hilfer fractional semi-linear neutral stochastic differential equations with non-instantaneous impulses in Hilbert spaces.

Three solutions for second-order impulsive differential inclusions with Sturm-Liouville boundary conditions via nonsmooth critical point theory [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
A second-order impulsive differential inclusion with Sturm-Liouville boundary conditions is studied. By using a nonsmooth version of a three critical point theorem of Ricceri, the existence of three solutions is ...

Sleep Disturbances in Adults With Tuberous Sclerosis Complex: Influences of Treatment and Clinical Features

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Medical Genetics Part A, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is a genetic condition with multisystem neurocutaneous signs, including hamartomas, epilepsy, and neuropsychological difficulties. Although sleep disorders are increasingly recognized in TSC, they remain poorly described in adults.

Optimal control and controllability theorems for impulsive Hilfer fractional integro-differential inclusions with numerical applications

open access: yesAin Shams Engineering Journal
In this paper, we investigate Hilfer fractional integro-differential inclusions with impulsive effects. Supported by the enhanced modeling capabilities of fractional derivatives, we establish existence and controllability results for solutions to these ...

The Politics of Framing the Student Problem: Inquiries Into Australian Civics Education, 2006–2024

open access: yesAustralian Journal of Social Issues, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Recurring debates about civics, the kinds of history that should, and should not, be taught in school, and ‘standards debates’ about the ‘basics’ typically follow on the heels of recurring moral panics about the ‘declining’ state of ‘our’ education system.

Existence of solutions on compact and non-compact intervals for semilinear impulsive differential inclusions with delay [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
In this paper we deal with impulsive Cauchy problems in Banach spaces governed by a delay semilinear differential inclusion $y'\in A(t)y$ $ + F(t,y_t)$. The family $\{A(t)\}_{t\in [0,b]}$ of linear operators is supposed to generate an evolution operator ...

Approximate controllability for abstract semilinear impulsive functional differential inclusions based on Hausdorff product measures [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
A second order semilinear impulsive functional differential inclusion in a separable Hilbert space is considered. Without imposing hypotheses of the compactness on the cosine families of operators, some sufficient conditions of approximate ...

Impulsive differential inclusions with constraints

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2006
Summary: We study weak invariance of differential inclusions with nonfixed time impulses under compactness type assumptions. When the right-hand side is one sided Lipschitz an extension of the well known relaxation theorem is proved. In this case also necessary and sufficient condition for strong invariance of upper semi continuous systems are obtained.
