This work develops a theranostic wound microneedle dressing integrates a therapeutic MXene‐infused hydrogel with a high‐conductive sensor array enabled by a novel laser‐scribing technique. A spatiotemporal co‐delivery microneedle system (MN‐Mg) is developed for spinal cord injury repair. By generating hydrogen gas and magnesium ions in situ, this dual‐engine platform effectively scavenges ROS and modulates microglial polarization via the MAPK/AP‐1 signaling axis.
