Olive culture establishment in vitro.
Sterile culture of olive cultivars 'Oblica' and 'Lastovka' was established camparing woody and non-woody explants. Axillary buds developed normal or hyperhydric shoots. Non-woody shoots were significantly better than woody. For non-woody explants both media , IM and WPM, were suitable. Nodes also developed sub-axillary buds.
