Technological advancement: In vitro fertilization (IVF)
Research Journal of Pharmacy and Technology, 2021Due to its tremendous success ratio of in vitro fertilization (IVF) in India has gained boundless momentum. This is mainly applied and designed pertaining to overcome the infertility ratio and produce or cause a pregnancy which is mainly due to direct intervention.

Tumefactive demyelination following in vitro fertilization (IVF)
Journal of the Neurological Sciences, 2015Tumefactive demyelination (TD) is a solitary cerebral demyelinating lesion clinically and radiologically mimicking brain tumors. It can occur in isolation or may be rarely associated with other demyelinating diseases. The underlying pathogenic mechanisms are unknown.

In vitro DNA fluorescence after in vitro fertilization (IVF) failure
Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics, 1992A pilot study was performed to test the diagnostic value of in vitro DNA fluorescence in oocytes that failed to fertilize after IVF. Ten patients with a cleavage rate less than 20% after IVF were included.Uncleaved oocytes were observed by fluorescence microscopy after incubation with the DNA fluorescent dye Hoeschst 33342.

Since our previous results suggest that lactoferrin (LF) might have roles in the reproductive process and that its levels might change in the female tract as a response to various factors, the aim of this investigation was to assess whether LF levels in cervical secretions correlate with reproductive parameters from in vitro fertilization (IVF ...

Cytogenetic analysis of in vitro fertilization (IVF) failures
Human Genetics, 1989Cytogenetic studies were carried out on 150 oocytes obtained in a human in vitro fertilization (IVF) program. Although all cells lacked signs of fertilization at light microscopy, 46 (30.7%) appeared to show cytological evidence of fertilization.

Early pregnancy wastage in IVF (in vitro fertilization) patients
Journal of In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer, 1991Human in vitro fertilization is characterized by a low efficiency of implantation. Possible mechanisms for pregnancy loss are discussed. Embryo viability or quality, abnormal implantation, and delayed or absent corpus luteum rescue may all play a role in pregnancy wastage. Defining the possible mechanism for these losses may allow hormonal treatment to

Sperm:Oocyte ratios in an in vitro fertilization (IVF) program
Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics, 1994During the past few years, many oocyte insemination techniques, including microinjection, have evolved in the treatment of male-factor infertility. This preliminary study was designed to evaluate whether microdroplet insemination could be considered a reliable technique, especially for semen samples with male-factor defects.

Microfluidic technology for in vitro fertilization (IVF)
JMST Advances, 2019With the recent development in science and technology, the advancement in in vitro fertilization to treat infertility has been one of the most revolutionary advances. However, the success rate of the IVF process depends on the efficiency of each step of the process. The physical tools used to enhance the process continue to change.

Predictive factors in in vitro fertilization (IVF)
Human reproduction update, 2010BACKGROUND: Various models have been developed for the prediction of pregnancy after in vitro fertilization (IVF). These models differ from one another in the predictors they include. We performed a systematic review and meta-analysis to identify the most relevant predictors for success in IVF.METHODS: We systematically searched MEDLINE and EMBASE for ...

In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and Gamete Intrafallopian Transfer (GIFT)
Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinics of North America, 1987In the past decade, the use of in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) procedures as a means of treatment of infertility has become a clinical reality. More recently, similar yet differing techniques have been described that further expand options of treatment of infertile couples. This article summarizes recent advances in IVF and compares
